Which plan is best for me?

The best way to choose a plan is to figure out, approximately, the number of hours of work you want us to do per week. Multiply that out by four or four and a half and you’ll find which plan is best suited for you. If you have 10 hours of work a week, that adds up to about 40 hours a month.

What if I want a different assistant?

No problem. Just contact our Client Support team and we will pair you with a different Virtual Assistant who is a better fit.

Is there a trial package involved?

Indeed, there is! We let our customers try before they buy. You can avail the 10 hours subscription option to test out our services. If you find the experience to be satisfactory, you can sign up for a monthly plan. This trial offer is available for only $30.

How am I going to be communicating with the assisgned assistant?

Most clients usually use emails, texts and Skype to interact with their assistants. However you are also free to have your assistants call you directly for problems and issue clarification.

How are my hours tracked?

We will keep a running total of your hours and send you weekly reports. Or feel free to ask us for a report at any time. If you are running out of time we will notify you well ahead of that.

Do my hours roll over?

Yes, Ofcourse. Any unused hours for that particular month will roll over to the next month.

Do I get a dedicated assistant?

Yes! You will get a dedicated assistant and also a back-up assistant incase of absence of your dedicated assistant. They will be available to you Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm in your specific time zone.
